We have a specially created menu for the evening and Mitch & Mat will be there to host, to cook with the team at Exmouth and to introduce the menu for the evening. 

  • Anti Pasti - Crisp fried bay squid with miso mayonnaise
  • Burrata with fennel, orange & black olives 
  • Scallop ceviche
  • Charcoal grilled Monkfish with sauce romesco & garlic vinagarette
  • Prosecco and campari jelly with vanilla ice cream

Arrive 7.30pm for an aperitivo & introduction from Mitch, dinner at 8pm
