We buy fresh fish every morning from the markets in Brixham and prepare it in our fish room before sending to our restaurants. Some of our fish is caught by our very own boat fishing out of Brixham. The fish that were at their best on the market each morning will be marked on your table cloth when you visit. Your selection will be prepared by our chefs and served with either a house salad or unlimited fresh cut chips.

All of our local fish fresh from the market can be prepared grilled and served with either chips or salad.

Chargrilled Local Fish

We can prepare your fish on the chargrill, this gives it a delicious smokey edge and is perfect for Monkfish. Not all species are suitable to be cooked this way. Your server can advise you how each specie is best prepared.

Fried Fish

The traditional way of eating fish and chips. If the species is suited to being fried we can serve it battered with chips or salad.
